Coating Service
Haldatec provides specialist coating services for its EnPro product range as well as products from other manufacturers. The main coating used is SilcoNert®, with other options such as Dursan® and Silcolloy® able to be used for specific needs in highly corrosive applications.
Why it matters
Uncoated metal parts can absorb components in samples, leading to inaccurate results. Applying an inert coating protects the surface, prevents contamination, and ensures samples remain true - especially when measuring sulphurs, H₂S, ammonia, or mercury at PPM levels.
SilcoNert® Treatment
SilcoNert® creates a clean, non-reactive barrier on stainless steel surfaces. This helps maintain sample integrity and improves the reliability of analysis equipment.
When to Use It
Recommended whenever highly accurate measurements are required, particularly in trace-level analysis.
