Pipeline Corrosion Monitoring
Haldatec can provide from the range of Rysco International products. Rysco manufactures high integrity pipeline corrosion monitoring equipment designed for monitoring internal corrosion and erosion in pressurised pipeline systems.
This is designed for high pressure insertion and retraction.
Erosion probes are sacrificial probes used as an indicator for erosive particles in the pipeline.
Bioprobes collect bio mass/ micro organisms for testing.
Both designs can be inserted and removed under pressure.
These transmitters provide real time electrical resistance measurements from all types of “ER” probes then transfer this data to monitoring networks.
This logger is designed to accurately log electrical resistance measurements from corrosion probes. Rysco’s proprietary software calculates all resistance measurements into physical metal loss values.
Support can be provided to correlate metal loss values to corrosion related values.
Due to its design, the corrosion probe can be safely removed and inserted under pressure without the need for specialty tooling.
The corrosion coupons can be safely inserted and removed under pressure.
