As well as products and systems, we also provide services. This includes servicing and repair of products, and onsite training of customers in the use of equipment. Haldatec are fully certified for Testing and Inspection of Gas Cylinders to comply with AS 2337.
On critical process applications where standard cylindrical probe shaft designs do not pass wake frequency/stress calculations using the required probe lengths and diameters, alternative solutions must be employed. Haldatec have developed customized probe shaft profiles that enable the probes to pass even the stringent ASME PTC 19.3 TW-2016 calculations whilst maintaining the required probe length and diameters to suit the process connection.
Ensuring that the sample stream is kept in a single phase state requires calculations and analysis of the specific process conditions / compositions. Haldatec uses software developed in house based on Peng Robinson and NIST REFPROP to accurately calculate dew / bubble points, plot phase envelopes, sample heat / power requirements, JT temperature drops, heat recovery and many other parameters.
Haldatec provides a coating service using SilcoTek’s SilcoNert® for its EnPro range of products and products of other manufacturers. Haldatec stocks a range of SilcoNert components in their Australian based warehouses.
SilcoNert is an inert non-reactive silicon coating. The purpose of SilcoNert is to eliminate surface adsorption of active compounds like sulphurs, H2S, ammonia and mercury on stainless steel surfaces.
Other coatings are available for other applications.
Haldatec are able to provide inspection, service, repair, test and certification for standard and Constant Pressure Cylinders. Our workshop is registered as an Integrated Registered Gas Cylinder Test Station and can provide certified testing of seamless cylinders to Australian Standards AS2337/2030. This testing includes inspection, proof testing and Test Station Marking.
