Low Flow Pressure Regulators
This range of low-flow pressure regulators includes both diaphragm and piston sensed versions for gas or liquid applications. Port sizes range from between 1/8" and 3" with either threaded or flanged connections. Cv 0.06-0.2.
Pressure Tech LF240
The LF240 is a single-stage low-flow pressure regulator for gas applications with a large sensitive elastomeric diaphragm for accurate low pressure control. With a solid disk seat design, the LF240 enables higher inlet pressures of up to 414 bar (6,000 psi).
Lightweight and relatively compact, it is perfect for customers looking for a regulator with a smaller footprint.
Pressure Tech LF310
The LF310 is a single-stage diaphragm-sensed pressure regulator for applications that require higher supply pressures in addition to an extended life cycle.
Based on the LF300, with its long-lasting Inconel® X750 diaphragm, the LF310 also offers a ‘solid disk’ seat design which is more robust for aggressive or high temperature applications.
Pressure Tech LF311
The LF311 is a single-stage piston-sensed pressure regulator for applications that require higher supply pressures in addition to an extended life cycle.
Based on the LF310, the LF311 also offers a ‘solid disk’ seat design which is more robust for aggressive or high temperature applications.
Pressure Tech LF540
The LF540 is a compact and economical piston-sensed, low-flow regulator with precision machined sensing elements to allow fine pressure control up to 414 bar (6,000 psi).
Its load bearings and large handwheel offer low torque adjustment, and the LF540 can be supplied as non-venting or self-venting, non-captured (on gas only).
Please Note: Cv 0.3 is only available as non-venting.
Pressure Tech LF690
The LF690 is a piston-sensed low-flow reducing regulator with ceramic seating to provide the ultimate protection against the harsh service encountered on hydraulic applications such as water glycol.
Its unique seating cartridge ensures the main valve is fully supported during operation to prevent ‘chattering’. The LF690 is supplied with a segregated captured vent to prevent deterioration to the loading mechanism and making the regulator easier to service.
Pressure Tech LF691
The LF691 is a piston-sensed low-flow reducing regulator with ceramic seating to provide the ultimate protection against the harsh service encountered on water-based hydraulic applications such as water glycol. In addition, the LF691 offers a plug design for supply above 690 bar (10,000 psi).
Its unique seating cartridge ensures the main valve is fully supported during operation to prevent ‘chattering’. The LF691 is supplied with a segregated captured vent to prevent deterioration to the loading mechanism and allowing media to be piped off to the return tank.
Pressure Tech LF692
The LF692 is a piston-sensed low-flow pressure regulator with a Tecasint® seat for use on high pressure gases. It uses a range of precision-machined sensing elements to provide pressure control up to 1,034 bar (15,000 psi).
The LF692 features an unbalanced main valve as standard for up to 1,034 bar (15,000 psi) inlet pressure with a flow coefficient of 0.1. Alternatively, a balanced option can be supplied with up to 690 bar (10,000 psi) inlet pressure and a flow coefficient of 0.3.
Its segregated captured vent prevents deterioration to the loading mechanism and allows media to be piped off to the return tank.
Pressure Tech LF792
The LF792 is a piston-sensed low-flow pressure regulator with a Tecasint® seat for use on high pressure gases. It uses a range of precision-machined sensing elements to provide pressure control up to 1,034 bar (15,000 psi).
The LF792 features an unbalanced main valve as standard for up to 1,034 bar (15,000 psi) inlet pressure with a flow coefficient of 0.1. Alternatively, a balanced option can be supplied with up to 690 bar (10,000 psi) inlet pressure and a flow coefficient of 0.3.
The LF792 offers all of the same great features as the LF692, but with enhanced support on the seat cartridge.
Medium Flow Pressure Regulators
These medium-flow pressure regulators are primarily for gas service, and include diaphragm-sensed elements to control up to 10bar (145psi) and piston-sensed elements covering higher requirements up to 414bar (6,000psi). Cv 05 to 2.0
Pressure Tech MF101
The MF101 is a piston-sensed medium-flow pressure regulator. With an unbalanced main valve and non-venting design as standard, the MF101 controls outlet pressures up to 40 bar (580 psi) from a maximum 100 bar (1,450 psi) inlet pressure.
Alternatively, a balanced option can be offered with a non-venting or self-venting (non-captured) design and enables inlet pressures of up to 414 bar (6,000 psi) using a PEEK™ seat, controlling outlet pressures up to 35 bar (510 psi).
Pressure Tech MF210
The MF210 is a single-stage, PTFE-lined diaphragm sensed pressure regulator. It provides enhanced sensitivity and control with non-hysteresis.
The MF210’s design features no o-rings and is supplied with an unbalanced main valve as standard. In addition, it’s PTFE-lined diaphragm is also Food and Drug Administration approved. For added versatility, it is offered with a range of end connectors including NPT, Tube Stub or VCR.
Pressure Tech MF230
The MF230 is a versatile and economical medium-flow pressure regulator for gas and liquid applications with a large sensitive elastomeric diaphragm.
The MF230 features a balanced main valve design as standard which minimises load on the seat and provides stable pressure control under decaying inlet conditions. Additionally, servicing is simplified with easy access to the seat cartridge from the base of the regulator.
Pressure Tech MF231
The MF231 is a versatile and economical piston-sensed medium-flow pressure regulator for gas applications.
The MF231 features a balanced main valve design which minimises load on the seat and provides stable pressure control under decaying inlet conditions. Additionally, servicing is simplified with easy access to the seat cartridge from the base of the regulator.
Pressure Tech MF300T
The MF300T is a piston-sensed self-venting regulator for gas or liquid applications with 1:1 tracking ratio to reference pressure.
The MF300T offers a balanced main valve as standard and features an anti-tamper locking cap as standard with its reference port in an adjustable collar to suit your application. The MF300T’s 1/2” and 3/4” designs have been subjected to Oxygen Ignition Tests to EN ISO 7291 standard.
Tech MF301
The MF301 is a piston-sensed non-venting or self-venting regulator for gas or liquid applications. A PEEK™ seat is required for liquid applications.
The MF301 offers a balanced main valve as standard for maximum inlet and control pressures of up to 300 bar (4,350 psi). For higher pressures, please refer to our MF400/401.
Alternatively, an unbalanced option can be offered for applications with maximum inlet and control pressures of up to 50 bar (725 psi).
Pressure Tech MF400
The MF400 is a versatile diaphragm-sensed non-venting regulator for liquid and gas applications. The liquid version includes a PEEK™ seat, whilst the gas option features PCTFE seating.
The MF400 offers a balanced main valve as standard for up to 400 bar (5,800 psi) inlet pressure. An unbalanced option can be offered alternatively for applications with maximum inlet pressures of up to 50 bar (725 psi).
The regulator housing and ‘wetted’ components are precision machined from 316 Stainless Steel, unless otherwise specified.

The MF401 is a versatile piston-sensed non-venting regulator for liquid and gas applications. The liquid version includes a PEEK™ seat, whilst the gas option features PCTFE seating.
The MF401 offers a balanced main valve as standard for up to 400 bar (5,800 psi) inlet pressure. An unbalanced option can be offered alternatively for applications with maximum inlet pressures of up to 50 bar (725 psi).

Pressure Tech MF414
The MF414 is a medium-flow piston-sensed pressure regulator with a balanced main valve design to provide stable control under varying inlet pressures. Its versatility enables use on liquid (with a ceramic seat) or gas (with a PEEK™ seat) applications.
Both designs feature a segregated captured vent to allow pressure reduction of the outlet pressure through a 1/4” NPT port on the side of the regulator’s body.

Pressure Tech HF211
The HF211 is a dome-loaded (as standard), piston-sensed high-flow pressure regulator for gas or liquid applications. The liquid version includes a PEEK™ seat, whilst the gas version features PCTFE seating. With a Cv of 13.0, it is perfect for high-flow applications.
The HF211 is fitted with a pilot as standard (MF101 for up to 35 bar / 510 psi outlet pressure and LF540 for over 35 bar / 510 psi and up to 200 bar / 2,900 psi) - please contact the office before placing your order if you do not require a pilot.
Pressure Tech HF250
The HF250 is a diaphragm-sensed high-flow pressure regulator for gas or liquid applications. The liquid version includes a PEEK™ seat, whilst the gas version features PCTFE seating.
It features a balanced main valve as standard for up to 250 bar (3,625 psi) inlet pressure. An unbalanced option can be offered alternatively for applications with maximum inlet pressures of up to 50 bar (725 psi).
With a Cv of 7.0, the HF250 is perfect for high-flow applications and is also available as a dome-loaded design with a 1:1 ratio.
Pressure Tech HF251
The HF251 is a piston-sensed high-flow pressure regulator for gas or liquid applications. The liquid version includes a PEEK™ seat, whilst the gas version features PCTFE seating.
It features a balanced main valve as standard for up to 250 bar (3,625 psi) inlet pressure. An unbalanced option can be offered alternatively for applications with maximum inlet pressures of up to 50 bar (725 psi).
With a Cv of 7.0, the HF251 is perfect for high-flow applications.
Pressure Tech HF300
The HF300 is a non-venting diaphragm-sensed high-flow pressure regulator for gas or liquid applications with a balanced main valve design as standard. The liquid version includes a Vespel® seat, whilst the gas version features PEEK™ seating. The HF300 provides stable control with a high level of accuracy under varying inlet pressures.
An unbalanced option can be offered alternatively for applications with maximum inlet pressures of up to 50 bar (725 psi).
Pressure Tech HF301
The HF301 is a non-venting piston-sensed high-flow pressure regulator for gas or liquid applications with a balanced main valve The liquid version includes a Vespel® seat, whilst the gas version features PEEK™ seating. The HF301 provides stable control with a high level of accuracy under varying inlet pressures.
An unbalanced option can be offered alternatively for applications with maximum inlet pressures of up to 50 bar (725 psi).
