Sample Conditioning
Regulators
To ensure samples remain in single phase, additional heat maybe required. This is especially important at the pressure cut. Pressure Tech have developed heated pressure regulators for this application.
Pressure Tech XHS310
Diaphragm sensed, single heated regulator, available in side-entry (SE) or in-line (IL) heat transfer options and are designed to maintain sample gases in their vapour state.
Pressure Tech XHS311
Piston-sensed, single heated regulator, available in side-entry (SE) or in-line (IL) heat transfer options and are designed to maintain sample gases in their vapour state.
Pressure Tech XHR310
Diaphragm-sensed, dual-heated pressure regulator, designed to maintain sample liquids and gases in their vapour state.
Pressure Tech XHR311
Piston-sensed, dual-heated pressure regulator. , designed to maintain sample liquids and gases in their vapour state.
EnPro TBR – Thermal Blanket for Heated Regulators
Thermal Blankets are manufactured using layered fibreglass materials to provide exceptional heat and noise control at temperatures to 650°C.
Pressure Tech LF240
The LF240 is a single-stage low-flow pressure regulator for gas applications with a large sensitive elastomeric diaphragm for accurate low pressure control. With a solid disk seat design, the LF240 enables higher inlet pressures of up to 414 bar (6,000 psi).
Lightweight and relatively compact, it is perfect for customers looking for a regulator with a smaller footprint
Pressure Tech LF310
The LF310 is a single-stage diaphragm-sensed pressure regulator for applications that require higher supply pressures in addition to an extended life cycle.
Based on the LF300, with its long-lasting Inconel® X750 diaphragm, the LF310 also offers a ‘solid disk’ seat design which is more robust for aggressive or high temperature applications.
Pressure Tech LF311
The LF311 is a single-stage piston-sensed pressure regulator for applications that require higher supply pressures in addition to an extended life cycle.
Based on the LF301, the LF311 also offers a ‘solid disk’ seat design which is more robust for aggressive or high temperature applications.
Pressure Tech LF540
The LF540 is a compact and economical piston-sensed, low-flow regulator with precision machined sensing elements to allow fine pressure control up to 414 bar (6,000 psi).
Its load bearings and large handwheel offer low torque adjustment, and the LF540 can be supplied as non-venting or self-venting, non-captured (on gas only).
Please Note: Cv 0.3 is only available as non-venting.
Pressure Tech LF690
The LF690 is a piston-sensed low-flow reducing regulator with ceramic seating to provide the ultimate protection against the harsh service encountered on hydraulic applications such as water glycol.
Its unique seating cartridge ensures the main valve is fully supported during operation to prevent ‘chattering’. The LF690 is supplied with a segregated captured vent to prevent deterioration to the loading mechanism and making the regulator easier to service.
Pressure Tech LF691
The LF691 is a piston-sensed low-flow reducing regulator with ceramic seating to provide the ultimate protection against the harsh service encountered on water-based hydraulic applications such as water glycol. In addition, the LF691 offers a plug design for supply above 690 bar (10,000 psi).
Its unique seating cartridge ensures the main valve is fully supported during operation to prevent ‘chattering’. The LF691 is supplied with a segregated captured vent to prevent deterioration to the loading mechanism and allowing media to be piped off to the return tank.
Pressure Tech LF692
The LF692 is a piston-sensed low-flow pressure regulator with a Tecasint® seat for use on high pressure gases. It uses a range of precision-machined sensing elements to provide pressure control up to 1,034 bar (15,000 psi).
The LF692 features an unbalanced main valve as standard for up to 1,034 bar (15,000 psi) inlet pressure with a flow coefficient of 0.1. Alternatively, a balanced option can be supplied with up to 690 bar (10,000 psi) inlet pressure and a flow coefficient of 0.3.
Its segregated captured vent prevents deterioration to the loading mechanism and allows media to be piped off to the return tank.

The LF792 offers all of the same great features as the LF692, but with enhanced support on the seat cartridge.
Pressure Tech MINI300
The MINI300 provides an economical, lightweight and versatile regulator range, designed for customers who want accurate control from a compact unit.
The MINI300 features fully supported ‘sensitive’ pistons with low pressure and high-pressure outlet options. There is also a choice of handwheel or thumbwheel adjustment.
Pressure Tech TS-300
The TS-300 is a two-stage diaphragm-sensed pressure regulator, providing stable pressure control under decaying inlet conditions.
The first stage of the regulator is preset at the factory and locked to prevent alteration. The second stage of the regulator, with a PCTFE seat as standard, can be adjusted by the user between various outlet pressures within the range.
